Advisory boards
PRIDE's community and business advisory boards guide our policies and practices as we develop new, customized employment programs at partner sites.
Board members include representatives from partner agencies and independent volunteers from PRIDE target communities. They meet every two to three months.

Community Advisory Board
Along with representatives from our partner agencies and independent volunteers, the Community Advisory Board includes refugees with disabilities and their family members. The board provides input and helps evaluate our achievements.
Business Advisory Board
Along with independent volunteers, the Business Advisory Board includes chambers of commerce members and experts in small business planning and development. The board helps cultivate local business contacts and other resources to assist PRIDE refugee participants with self-employment and/or entrepreneurship.
